چکیده
Background: Ficus deltoidea L. Jack is a folk medicinal plant known for its pharmacological properties, including anti-inflammatory, anticancer and anti-angiogenic. This study aimed to evaluate the anti-angiogenic properties of silver nanoparticles biosynthesized using F. deltoidea leaf extract (AgNPs-Fd). Methods: The AgNPs-Fd were synthesized by mixing 100 mL 1 mM aqueous nitrate (AgNO3) 0.1% ethanolic extract. The resulting observed color change Tyndall effects. Reaction mixture from pale brown reddish was at 48 h 37°C. characterization completed with UV–Vis spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. For quantitative analysis vascular network in chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay, AngioTool open-source software used. Results: plasmon resonance peak 430 nm visible UV-Visible spectrum, indicating formation AgNPs-Fd. interacted well according FTIR analysis. morphology 20 particle sizes TEM. chromatographic identified potential compounds, such as phytol, stigmasterol, lupeol sitosterol. angiogenic inhibition tested CAM assay. 90 mg dose treatment CAMs demonstrated significant anti-angiogenesis, effectiveness controlling vessel formation. Conclusions: present suggests that eco-friendly work “green” process potentially applicable nanobiotechnology fields.

Enhanced angiogenesis is a hallmark of solid tumors and hematological malignancies. Anti-angiogenic therapeutic approaches have recently been shown to be effective for the treatment of certain cancers. Endothelial cells migrating to tumors provide them with new blood vessels that are critical for their growth and survival. We have developed a novel and rapid method to evaluate the anti-angiogen...

This study is the first report to suggest a morphological phylogenetic framework for the seven varieties of Ficus deltoidea Jack (Ficus: Moraceae) from the Malay Peninsula of Malaysia. Several molecular-based classifications on the genus Ficus had been proposed, but neither had discussed the relationship between seven varieties of F. deltoidea to its allies nor within the varieties. The relatio...

متن کاملSilver Nanoparticles/Ibuprofen-Loaded Poly(l-lactide) Fibrous Membrane: Anti-Infection and Anti-Adhesion Effects
Infection caused by bacteria is one of the crucial risk factors for tendon adhesion formation. Silver nanoparticles (AgNP)-loaded physical barriers were reported to be effective in anti-infection and anti-adhesion. However, high silver load may lead to kidney and liver damages. This study was designed for Ibuprofen (IBU)-loaded poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) electrospun fibrous membranes containing a l...
